Aaron Jeffery

      The Logie Award-winning New Zealand actor Aaron C. Jeffery is from Australia. He is most well-known for his role in the film Terry Watson in Water Rats as Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters as well as Matt "Fletch" Fletcher in Wentworth. Born in Howick, Auckland, Jeffery moved to Australia at the age of 17 and began studying acting at NIDA. After graduating in 1993 from NIDA the school, he began his career in television on the children's programme Ship to Shore. Jeffery is well-known for his part as Alex Ryan in the drama McLeod's Daughters which was his last show in the year 2008. The actor was also a part of the third season New Zealand drama Outrageous Fortune. Jeffery appeared in the series Underbelly: Badness as Frank. He completed filming on the 22nd of June. The announcement of the casting for Neighbours' Bradley Fox was announced three days later. In October, it was announced that Jeffery had been cast as a corrections officer in the television series Wentworth. Bevan Lee's Between Two Worlds was also his role. In April 2021 it was revealed that Jeffery was being chosen to be a part of the new Netflix thriller series Pieces of Her, which is adapted from the Karin Slaughter novel of the same name. Jeffery's character on McLeod's Daughters earned him the Silver Logie in 2007 and 2004.
